Matt Bogan is the IT Director of King's Telemessaging in Shreveport, Louisiana. He began working at King's nearly 8 years ago, first as an agent, then quickly moving into management. Keynote speaker Peter DeHaan will share with SNUG attendees the secret of how to get the most out of this year’s convention. He will reveal to them the “Law of Reciprocity” and give examples how to apply it in practical ways while at the convention and later in other business and social settings. He will also warn against the real and present dangers of accepting unexamined statements, what it looks like, when it can occur, and how to guard against it, which can be especially prevalent at settings such as user group meetings – so learn how to protect yourself.
