As president and owner of Allgood Communications, my expericences allow me to oversee all aspects of the industry from managing our clients, our system, and even the most crucial aspect hiring the right people for the job. My goal is to keep my company as a forefront leader in technology and quality service. Additionly, I am the Executive Vice President of MedCom Professional Services. In this role, I have managed and deployed MedCom's network, IT infrastructure, and built out MedCom’s digital switch and telephony platforms. I developed several customized projects for both Executive Services and MedCom including a computerized billing and accounting system.

At the present time, I am working to test and implement new secure messaging technologies that meet the latest HIPAA and HITECH requirements. As an active participant within the Startel National User’s Group (SNUG), the Association of Teleservices International (ATSI), and the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), I have served on the Board of Directors including the elected role of the CAM-X President in 2010.
