Terri, also known as the Dynamic Diva of Sales is the Director of Business Development at Answer 1 Communications. After nearly 30 years in the industry she is on a mission to only have fun, no work allowed!

She is a SNUG past-president, the current SNUG Representative to ATSI and is a past-president of WSTA. She created the SNUG programmer webinar series, the SNUG ambassador program and developed the WSTA Spring Supervisor Workshops. She was the impetus for what is now the ATSI Certification Program and is a recipient of the ATSI President’s Award.
