I have been passionate about the answering service industry for more than 14 years, during those years I have been involved in both sides of the spectrum. I greatly enjoy the craziness of the day to day operations within the answering service and my short time helping to revitalize our beloved vendor, Startel Corporation.

At this juncture I am deeply involved in building the partnership I have at Excel with Terry and Roger Roberge. As well, I am lucky enough to be serving on the board of WSTA. I am always willing to give back anything I can to the community that has always been there for me as professionals and dear friends.

I am the first to admit that I am not an expert at anything, but that I know enough about a lot of things, and that makes it real easy for me to get myself in a lot of trouble.
