Renita started her career in the call center industry almost seven years ago when she joined the team at Nationwide Inbound. Over the years she has been instrumental in driving growth and development in all areas of the business. Renita currently holds the position of Executive Vice President. Her primary focus is growing the company by providing innovative solutions to clients and developing her employee’s to embrace the important role they play in the success of our clients businesses. Renita is currently serving on the SNUG Board as the Membership Chair.
