TeamSNUG

Matt Bogan is the IT Director of King's Telemessaging in Shreveport, Louisiana. He began working at King's nearly 8 years ago, first as an agent, then quickly moving into management. He is additionally the lead developer of QuAsAr, a call assessment and quality assurance tool; and a TeamSNUG Past President.

Matt was first elected to the SNUG Board of Directors in 2007. While on the board he worked with the Tech committee, and was Conference Chair for the 2009 meeting in Chicago before serving as President in 2010.
