Jane Dorosh has been in the answering service industry for over 20 years. Jane began as the manager of the Town Line Answering Service in New Britain CT.

Jane left Town Line after 6 years to begin her own consulting and bookkeeping business, drawing on her Associates degree in accounting. Jane helped answering services with a variety of issues, including PI programming and technical troubleshooting in addition to the bookkeeping and Teledata.

In 2006, Jane rejoined the Robertshaw's fulltime as Director of Operations for 12 of their sites. In this capacity Jane has moved and merged offices, migrated to new platforms, set up satellite and remote offices, and provided extensive training on new Startel features.

Jane and her husband Paul live in CT where they raised their three children, Jessa, Michael and Matthew. Jane some how finds time for her hobbies; camping, biking, hiking and competing in triathlons!
