For many of us, our company call monitoring program consists mostly of a stack of handwritten scorecards, or a jumble of hacked-together spreadsheets.

In addition to being a lot of trouble to manage, these methods rarely yield useful "big picture" data. In this session, you'll learn to utilize a platform-independent solution to score calls, track agent progress, establish goals, and more.
